Stage 1 - Consultation
Lets share ideas on what you are looking for. Ideal Dimensions or grips and weight. If there are sketches you've made or just looking for small modifications on your current set up, we can help come up with a design that suits you!
Stage 2 - 3D Design
Ill take the ideas and create a 3D model like the ones seen in gallery below. From here we can tweak the design and make changes until we turn that idea into your perfect dart!
Stage 3 - Technical Drawing
I take the 3D and translate it into a 2D Drawing so that manufacturers can take the idea onto their machines and turn our idea into the real deal!
Stage 4 - Manufacture
We receive quotes on the cost of manufacture and if you are happy, we place the order and wait for the magic to happen! They will then arrive at your door ready for the oche!

Ryan Searle - PDC Proffesional
I worked with Ryan Seale and Loxley Darts to design the 32g Loxley darts that are used by Ryan on the PDC Tour.
Since then Ryan has shot up into the world rankings and achieved Top 16 in the world and also won a Players championship title beating Peter Wright in the final.
